To voice your opinions to the relevant authorities in Spain who could effect change, please write politely, and in Spanish, to the following persons. You could use the attached model letter (translation below), which has been put together by the UK charity Greyhounds in Need from a consensus of opinions and contributions from several Spanish animal protectionists, or you could create your own. Two letters need to go, one to each Minister.
Spanish protest letters to send to the two Ministers concerned. Copy the text from these letters and paste them into your word processor.
German, French, Dutch, Swedish and Italian versions to follow shortly.
