Sunday walks near Bournemouth. The walks are approximately 4 miles long and take around 2 hours. Please contact Keith and Mollie for more dates/details on 01202 723540 or 07957 295 120. Proposed dates for the walks are in 2008: Jan 13, Feb 17, Mar 16, Apr 20, Jul 20, Aug 17, Sep 21, Oct 19, Nov 16, Dec 14 and in 2009:- Jan 18.

This walk, approximately 3¾ miles long, should take around 1½ hrs at a leisurely pace. It covers a diverse area of woodland and open heath with some water stops for the dogs to enjoy. There are footbridges over most of the streams along the route but it can be muddy in a couple of places – especially after heavy rainfall. Please wear appropriate footwear/waterproofs dependent on recent weather!

leave the A31 Ringwood-Southampton
road at Picket Post, follow signs through Burley to
Brockenhurst. Stay on this road which
skirts the edge of Brockenhurst and then doubles back to
the left. The signs to

A donation of £2.00 per person for Greyhounds in Need will be collected before the start of the walk.
All dogs must be kept under the control and supervision of their owners. All dogs attend this event at their owner's risk and while every care will be taken, Greyhounds in Need accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury however caused to dogs, persons or property while at this event.
